Aisha Oshilaja

Aisha Oshilaja (she/her/hers) is a third -year dental student at Harvard School of Dental Medicine. Aisha graduated summa cum laude with a degree of psychology at the University of Pennsylvania (Penn). Through her studies of Chemistry and Psychology, Aisha has formed an interest in working with people to form creative solutions to problems. After developing an interest in dentistry at a young age and later a passion for social equity, Aisha hopes to use her problem-solving lens to tackle topics such as oral health disparities and access to quality dental care. During her gap semester, Aisha developed and implemented Dental Bridges, the first dental public health volunteer program that connected undergraduate students to Penn Dental School. Currently, Aisha serves as the co-president of the pediatric dentistry interest group and serves as a P.I. for the incarceration and Oral Health education research project.
