Lukas Leister

Predoctoral Research Fellow

Lukas Leister received a B.Sc. in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Passau (Germany) and a M.Sc. in Economics from the Center for Monetary and Financial Studies (CEMFI) in Madrid, Spain. Prior to joining Professor Alsan’s research team, Lukas worked as a research assistant at CEMFI and in various consulting positions. His research interests lie in inequality, crime, politics, and the media. He joined the PhD program at Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Fall 2022.
